7 Best Wedding Venues in the Florida Keys (2026 Guide)

The Keys are a destination market, and that changes the whole planning calculation. Your budget is driven less by venue rental than by the fact that nearly every guest is traveling, lodging is finite and expensive, and most couples host two or three days rather than one afternoon.

There is no useful median here: only 3 Keys venues publish a starting package, and the market splits into beach-ceremony packages under $1,000 and multi-day resort takeovers above $15,000. Venues that publish nothing tend to cost more than the ones that do.

Key Largo

1. Key Largo Lighthouse Beach

A private oceanfront beach with palms, about an hour from Miami's airport, reserved for one group at a time. All-inclusive four-day, three-night packages:

• Micro, up to 30: from $25,300
• Endless Love, 60: from $29,300
• Grand Gala, 100: from $33,100
• Island Take Over, 250: from $55,000

The ceremony, rehearsal dinner and reception can all happen on the property.

2. Dream Bay Resort

A waterfront resort on Woodward Way with three sandy beaches, a tiki hut and five cottages sleeping 36, for up to 200. Midweek buyout, Monday to Thursday:

• Three days, two nights: $16,125, $8,000 site fee plus the required cottages, tax included
• February to April, or over 150 guests: $1,000 more

Tables, an arbor, lighting, kayaks and dockage are included, and you may bring your own alcohol. Catering starts at $45 a guest.

3. Big Chill Waterfront Catering & Events

A waterfront venue on the Overseas Highway in Key Largo with a beach and north deck for weddings, a dining room and a pool with cabanas, priced per guest:

• Bayside dinner buffet with an open bar: $129.95 to $149.95
• Formal dinner with beer and wine: from $68.95
• Caribbean barbecue buffet: $49.95

Tax, gratuity and a service charge are extra.

Islamorada and Marathon

4. Islander Resort

An oceanfront resort at mile marker 82 with several spaces:

• Coral Point: ceremonies up to 1,000, receptions up to 2,000
• Great Lawn: 400
• Palm Terrace: 120, open-air over the Atlantic
• Elements Courtyard: 100 at a reception, with an indoor backup

Food and beverage minimums vary by guest count, day and season. For a large Keys wedding, it holds the most guests on this list.

5. Marathon Garden Club

An octagonal clubhouse with a cathedral ceiling, a kitchen, a stage, a dance floor and gardens on the Overseas Highway in Marathon:

• Wedding or reception, 8am to 11pm: $1,000
• Gardens: $150; extra hours: $75
• Cleaning: $300; deposit: $500

Monroe County residents get 10% off. For an intimate wedding in the Middle Keys, it is the lowest published price on this list.

Key West

6. Key West Gardens at Fort West Martello

The West Martello Gardens, set in the remains of a Civil War-era fort on the Atlantic beside Higgs Beach, for up to 100.

Events of more than 10 run 5:30pm to 10:30pm, after the gardens close; smaller ones can be held by day. Pricing is set with the event coordinator. For a garden ceremony with brick ruins and the ocean, it is a classic Key West setting.

7. Old Town Manor

An inn on Eaton Street a short walk from Duval, for 75 at a seated dinner or 100 at a cocktail party, with tables and chairs for 50:

• Events require booking at least the four Carriage House rooms
• $10 a guest above 50, plus tax and a 22% service fee on event packages

Events end at 11pm with a full buyout of 14 rooms. A planner and a tent for rain are recommended.

Others worth a look

In Key West, the Ernest Hemingway Home hosts garden weddings with in-house planners, Fort Zachary Taylor holds sunset ceremonies on the beach after the park closes, Key West Weddings on the Water runs receptions on a 65-foot catamaran, and the Southernmost Beach Resort is on Duval. Ocean Oasis of Islamorada and Coconut Palm Inn in Tavernier are smaller options.

Four things nobody tells you about a Keys wedding

Lodging is the real constraint, not the venue. Book room blocks before anything else.

The drive is longer than it looks. Miami to Key West is roughly four hours on a single highway with no detour; build in a buffer day.
