It sells all-inclusive packages with decor and event planning. Pricing on request. For a ballroom wedding a few steps from the sand, it is the beach option on this list.

2. Wine + Garden

A family-run restaurant that pairs beach ceremonies with a garden reception, priced as a food and beverage minimum plus tax and gratuity:

• Full buyout, up to 200: $15,000 to $30,000
• A-Room and Alleyway, up to 65: $5,000 to $10,000

Minimums vary by day and season, and the co-owner coordinates events. For a beach ceremony with dinner after, it puts both in one booking.

Estates in west Broward

3. Chateau Beau

A boutique estate in Southwest Ranches with a main house and a pool, for up to 75:

• All-inclusive, 45 guests: $7,500 to $10,000; 75 guests: $9,500 to $12,500
• Venue only, five hours: $2,500 for 30 guests to $3,800 for 75
• Ceremony: $2,000 to $2,500 more

Packages include a personal planner, Chiavari or cross-back chairs, centerpieces, a bar without a bartender, and a DJ from the Silver tier.

4. Saint Patrick Palace

A private estate on five gated acres in Davie with a waterside dock, a poolside courtyard, a travertine terrace and a wraparound veranda, for up to 150.

A venue supervisor is on site, food and furniture can be bundled, and outside vendors are welcome with no fee if registered and insured. Pricing is custom, with a four-hour minimum. For an estate wedding with your own vendors, it is a flexible choice.

5. Tropical Paradise Banquet and Conference Center

A renovated hall on State Road 84 inside a Rodeway Inn, with 2,800 square feet and a covered patio, for up to 150 seated. Decor packages for eight hours:

• 35 guests: $2,932
• 104 guests: $4,091; 150: $4,708; 200: $5,145

Chair covers, chargers, linens, uplighting, centerpieces and five hours of a bartender are included; you supply the liquor. Tax and a $150 banquet captain fee apply.

6. SuiteOne Event Venue

Two event suites on Stirling Road in Hollywood with wedding packages:

• Ceremony and reception, up to 90: $5,000, a three-hour ceremony in SuiteOne and a 12-hour reception in SuiteTwo
• Reception only, up to 60: $3,000

Decor, a bouquet and boutonniere, centerpieces, a photo booth, an LED sign and uplighting are included. Catering is yours to bring.

7. Hollywood Jaycees Hall

The 2,500-square-foot home of JCI Hollywood on Hollywood Boulevard, for up to 150, rented for 10 to 12 hours:

• Saturday: $1,400
• Friday: $1,200
• Sunday: $1,000

Chairs, 14 rounds, buffet tables, a warming kitchen and a bar with coolers are included; you set up your own tables. For a reception under $1,500, it is among the lowest published prices on this list.

A nine-acre city arboretum with more than 200 exotic trees, a rain forest with misting waterfalls and a butterfly garden, nicknamed the Tree Zoo:

Bonnet House Museum & Gardens spans 35 acres between the ocean and the Intracoastal, with its own beach; rates are on its rate sheets. Living Sculpture Sanctuary in Davie has oaks, waterfalls and koi ponds. The Venue Fort Lauderdale on Wilton Drive has two ballrooms with in-house catering.
