The facts come from your website.
Certification adds to your listing. It doesn't change what we report about you: your details and prices are still read from your own site, for every vendor, certified or not. That is what makes the directory worth a couple's time, and worth yours.
How did my business get listed?
We read wedding vendors’ own websites and pull out what is published there: style, capacity, services and prices. If your site clearly describes a wedding business, you are probably already in the directory for your city. Listing is free and always will be.
Something on my listing is wrong. How do I fix it?
Everything we show comes from your website, so the lasting fix is to update your site and we will pick it up the next time we read it. If it is urgent, email us. Certified vendors can also flag a detail as wrong from their dashboard.
Can I change the prices you show?
No. The prices we show, and the price ranges we publish for each market, come from what vendors publish on their websites. Certification does not change them. If your prices have changed, update your website.
I can’t find my business.
Search for it on the Find your listing page. If we have you on file but can’t list you yet, it tells you why. If we don’t have you at all, email us your website.
What does it cost?
Listing is free. Certified is $39 a year. Cancel any time; your listing stays up either way, it just returns to a standard listing.
