Orlando has one of the deepest wedding markets in Florida, and it is the easiest place in the state to fly guests into, with lodging at every price point. The median published starting package is $4,000 (n=52). Venues that publish nothing tend to cost more than the ones that do.

Central Florida sorts into downtown Orlando, the estates and gardens around it, the Lake County countryside and the Polk County value belt around Lakeland. The barns and farms outside the city publish the most complete rate cards.

Downtown Orlando and Winter Park

1. 1010 WEST

An air-conditioned hall on West Church Street run as a ministry of The Cross Orlando, with Edison lighting and a built-in bar, priced for up to 125 for eight hours.

Twenty-two rounds, cocktail tables, 150 mahogany chairs, staff and valet for 100 are included; valet for 125 to 150 is $200 to $350 more. A certified day-of planner is required, available from the venue for $1,200. Rates are on its rental page.

2. The Veranda at Thornton Park

A garden venue near Lake Eola with more than 6,000 square feet of courtyard under historic oaks plus indoor rooms, rented for eight hours.

Tables, 135 chairs, lighting and audio, a private wedding room, a venue specialist and housekeeping are included. A planner is recommended. Pricing on request. For a downtown courtyard wedding within walking distance of the lake, it is a classic Orlando setting.

3. 'Til Death Chapel

An all-black contemporary chapel in Winter Park for up to 20, with a getting-ready room, a champagne bar and an in-house officiant and photographer:

• Walk-in wedding, the couple only: $200, on set monthly dates, first come, first served

Seminole and Lake counties

4. The Wedding Barn

A climate-controlled barn built in 2023 on East Franklin Street in Oviedo, with a cocktail patio, a custom bar and dressing suites, for up to 200:

• DIY full wedding: $8,000 Saturday, $7,500 Friday or Sunday, $6,500 weekdays, six hours
• Weekend reception, four hours: $5,500
• All-inclusive, 100 guests: $20,000 to $30,000
• Elopement: from $800

Summer 2026 events get $750 off.

5. Cypress Creek Farmhouse

A 20-acre property with a creek, oaks, a barn reception space and a guesthouse with two getting-ready suites, on Corkwood Lane in Astatula, northwest of Orlando:

• Venue rental: $5,300 to $7,500, by guest count, season and day

Thirteen hours, tables, chairs, linens, chargers, setup and cleanup are included. A week-of coordinator and event insurance are required.

Osceola and Polk counties

6. The Ranch at St. Cloud

A city-owned 219-acre property on Jones Road off Narcoossee with a private lake, oaks and a converted dairy farm, for 130 indoors and up to 280 outdoors. For 150 or fewer:

• Friday to Sunday: $4,665 resident, $5,708 non-resident
• Monday to Thursday: $3,965 / $4,905
• $500 refundable deposit

Events above 250 need a special event permit and extra staff.

7. Sugar Grove Estate

An estate on Camp Mack Road in Lake Wales with an executive chef cooking on the property, bartenders, a venue manager and a coordinator, with dinner seating for up to 250.

Fully inclusive, partly inclusive, micro and elopement packages are priced for 70 or 100 guests, with tax and service included, and cover catering, the bar and, depending on the package, a photographer, a DJ and flowers. Prices are on its pricing page.

Others worth a look

The Garden Ballroom is a ballroom in Haines City. The Highland Manor is in Orlando's College Park, and Hideout Orlando is an event venue on Lee Road. Sterling Event Venue is in Minneola, The Palm Mansion and Lakeview Gardens in Umatilla, and The Glass Barn in Apopka. In Lakeland, Haus 820 and the United Women's Club rent event space.

Two things to check before you book in Central Florida

Air conditioning is not a luxury here. Any barn or pavilion you tour between May and October should be air-conditioned, not "open air with fans."
