1. The Refinery
A complex of event halls on Missouri Avenue in Jeffersonville, each with a published rate card. Refinery North or South, each with 350 Chiavari chairs, is $4,750 Saturday, $4,250 Friday, $4,000 Sunday and $2,750 on weekdays; add the courtyard for $1,000. The whole facility is $9,000 on a Saturday, The Foundry for 800 is $8,500, and The Reserve for 100 is $2,500. An all-day upgrade is $500.
2. Huber's Plantation Hall
The event hall at Huber's Orchard & Winery in Borden, a family farm going back seven generations, surrounded by vineyards and orchards. Indoor and outdoor ceremony sites, a climate-controlled reception hall and coordinators, with catering by Huber's (outside desserts are allowed). All-inclusive packages; pricing on request.
3. The Pepin Mansion
An 1851 mansion on New Albany's Mansion Row, now a bed and breakfast, for 140 indoors or 400 outdoors. Its all-inclusive package covers a planner, a minister, four hours of music, your choice of caterer, Chiavari chairs, china and a bridal suite with an overnight stay. Pricing on its package pages.
4. The Carriage House at Howard Steamboat Museum
The carriage house at Jeffersonville's steamboat museum, for up to 130. A four-hour reception is $3,950 and the full day $5,250, or $1,600 for a ceremony. Bring a licensed caterer and a licensed Indiana bar service.
5. Cedar Bluff Weddings and Retreats
A venue near Corydon with a shuttle from parking to the ceremony. The venue-only package is $4,900, for the day from 8am to midnight with bridal suites, tables and chairs for 300 and a rehearsal; an all-inclusive package adds catering, a photographer, decor and a cake. Alcohol comes from its approved caterers.
6. The Trestle
A reclaimed, temperature-controlled barn near Depauw, west of Corydon. $4,300 for the barn with tables for 100, or $6,000 with the new pavilion addition for 300, with an open vendor policy and staff for setup. A five-hour mini event is $500.
7. The Calumet Club
A banquet hall in New Albany with the Bliss Ballroom for 250 and Bliss Hall for 130. All-inclusive packages start at $6,900 for a 125-guest minimum, covering the venue, a buffet dinner by Stumler's, four hours of draft beer and wine, a DJ, staff and a coordinator. Room rentals start at $900.
