1. The Embassy Theatre

Fort Wayne's historic downtown theatre, with four rentable spaces and a published rate for each. A Saturday from April to December:

Yergens Rogers Foundation Ballroom, 300 seated, with two bars and a rooftop: $4,500
Goldstine Theater Lobby, 150 seated, with a grand staircase for the ceremony: $5,500
Indiana Hotel Lobby, 125 seated: $2,700
Mezzanine Lounge, 40 to 70: $750

January to March is cheaper. Choose from 12 approved caterers; the Embassy runs the bar, with a 20% service fee. Setup the afternoon before is free.

An 11-acre property with seven buildings near Fremont, sold as an all-in weekend: $13,999 from May to October for up to 250 guests, or $11,750 in April and November for 125. That includes two nights of lodging for 12, a rehearsal dinner space, a DJ, planning, coordination, decor, setup and security. Catering is $28 a guest, or bring your own licensed caterer, and bar packages run $22 to $35 a guest.

3. White Rock Barn and Terrace

A barn with original beams and a 2,250-square-foot covered terrace in Ossian, south of the city, for 220. Friday $3,800, Saturday $4,800, both days $5,800, and Sunday $3,800, with unlimited planning meetings and no vendor restrictions. The barn is climate-controlled from May to mid-November.

4. Madison Rose Event Center at Black Creek Ridge Flower Farm

A small venue on a flower farm in Laotto, priced by guest count: $3,500 for 40, $4,500 for 60, up to $6,500 for 120 using the courtyard and patios. Tables, linens, dinnerware, bartending and security are included, and you can use any caterer or bring your own food. Flowers must come from the farm.

5. Chapel Road Retreat

A venue near Huntington with one weekend price: $7,500 from May to November, $5,000 from December to April, covering Friday setup, Saturday until 11pm and Sunday cleanup, with tables, arches and lighting. Open vendor policy.

6. Kaleidoscope Weddings & Events

A converted building in Pierceton, near Warsaw, with stained glass windows, a 1,200-square-foot bridal suite and lighting and sound included, as well as bar service. Saturdays are $7,150 from May to October, $5,750 in November and December, $4,750 from January to April. A $1,999 package handles all the decor and setup.

The Bradley is a boutique hotel downtown. Potawatomi Inn is the lodge in Pokagon State Park near Angola. And The Landmark Centre is an event hall in Fort Wayne.
