1. The Star Barn at Stone Gables Estate

A barn built in 1877 for Colonel John Motter in Middletown, listed on the National Register in 2000 and moved to Stone Gables Estate in Elizabethtown after 2014. It seats 250 with a dance floor. January to March runs $4,990 to $8,990, April to August and November to December $6,990 to $12,990, and September and October $8,990 to $14,990, with a night at the Liberty Springhouse.
