Downtown Dayton

1. The Grande Hall at Liberty Tower

A hall in the Liberty Tower, an Art Deco building completed in 1931, with vaulted plaster ceilings, travertine walls, marble floors and an original bank vault. It seats 250 or holds 450 for cocktails. A Saturday or Sunday ceremony and reception is $6,875, a Friday $5,875 and Monday to Thursday $3,750, with 300 Chiavari chairs and security.

2. The Steam Plant

A downtown venue on East Third Street with a grand hall, a built-in bar with five draft lines and a video board. A Saturday is $9,500 from May to December, $7,500 from February to April and $4,500 in January. You can bring your own beer, wine and spirits.

3. Bossler Mansion

A preserved Victorian mansion in the St. Anne's Hill historic district, for elopements up to mid-size weddings. Pricing on request.

South of Dayton

4. Benham's Grove

A historic campus on North Main Street in Centerville with an event center for 200 and a house, barn and cottage for smaller groups. A peak Saturday in the event center is $7,000 for 12 hours, and the historic house, barn and cottage together are $3,800.

5. Magnolia Estate

A venue in Miamisburg with two halls: the Magnolia Barn for 200 and Rosewood Manor for 250, each with an outdoor ceremony site. A 14-hour Saturday is $6,795 in the barn or $8,495 in the manor, and weekdays start at $1,995. Any vendor may be used.

6. Canopy Creek Farm

A 24-acre farm in Miamisburg with a climate-controlled barn for 250, five ceremony options and one wedding a day. A peak Saturday is $9,000, and $8,000 from December to April and in July, taxes and fees included, with a coordinator for 15 hours.

North and east of Dayton

7. Cliffside Acres

A 5,000-square-foot all-white barn venue in Springfield for 200, with a patio and an optional glass house. A Saturday is $9,250 from May to October and $7,750 from November to April. Prices rise on January 1, 2027.

8. The Orrmont Estate

A mansion estate in Piqua whose whole property can be used, with ceremony sites in front of the mansion, in a tree-lined meadow and by the pond, and a glass-walled clubhouse that seats 250. Pricing on request.

9. Cox Arboretum MetroPark

A 174-acre arboretum run by Five Rivers MetroParks, with indoor and outdoor spaces it rents for weddings. Rental information is on its site.
