Missouri has two big-city markets at opposite ends of the state, and they price almost identically: St. Louis and Kansas City both publish venue medians around $3,000. The cheaper Missouri is in the southwest, where Springfield and Joplin publish medians of $1,900 and $1,800, among the lowest metro figures on this site.
