Hermann

1. Hermann Hill Weddings

A riverside venue in Hermann with a river bluff, a gazebo, a chapel, a pavilion and a vineyard, run with the Hermann Hill Inn & Cottages. Packages run from elopements to 13-hour weddings for up to 300, each with a lead coordinator and one or two honeymoon nights at the inn. Prices are in its wedding brochure.

2. Little Piney Lodge

A property near Hermann with a gazebo, a pavilion and a Fest Haus, each for 200, plus a lodge and a cabin. A Friday-to-Sunday weekend is $12,400 with two nights for 12 people, a Sunday is $5,800 and a Tuesday or Wednesday $3,800. You can bring your own alcohol and choose your own caterers.

3. Sweet Clover Farm Events

A working farm about five miles from Hermann along the Missouri River, with a 1920s-era barn that still houses livestock, a climate-controlled event building, a bridal cottage and two ceremony sites. Saturday is $4,800, Friday-Saturday $5,100 and the full weekend $5,300, with decor, a sound system, setup and teardown.

Marthasville, Augusta and Defiance

4. The Venue at Wildflower Ridge

A venue among wildflower fields in Marthasville. Saturday is $8,500, Friday $6,500, Sunday $4,500 and the whole weekend $11,500, with suites for both sides and setup. The all-weekend rental is not offered in May, June, September or October.

5. Sunflower Hill Farm

A 130-acre family farm in Augusta near the Missouri River and the Katy Trail, with a produce garden and a greenhouse, that hosts weddings. Pricing on request.

6. Chandler Hill Vineyards

A winery in Defiance with a covered deck over the vineyard and hills, and a tasting room, for receptions up to 250. It also offers morning weddings for up to 100: a 10 am ceremony and buffet before the winery opens to the public. A day-of coordinator and in-house catering are included. Pricing on request.

Ste. Genevieve

7. Charleville Brewery & Winery

A brewery and winery in western Ste. Genevieve County, open since 2003, about an hour from St. Louis, with a new outdoor venue overlooking the Saline Creek Valley. It sleeps guests in four cellar suites and an 1860s log cabin. Pricing on request.

8. Weingarten Vineyard

A family-owned vineyard in Ste. Genevieve whose wedding packages cover the ceremony, the reception and amenities for both sides, with no hidden fees. Pricing on request.
