How Much Does a Wedding Cost in Oklahoma? (2026 Data)
Oklahoma's two wedding markets, Oklahoma City and Tulsa, cost the same at the median, and both are among the more affordable places to rent a venue in our directory. The spread inside each metro is wide, from a $650 barn loft to all-inclusive estates past $10,000.
Oklahoma venues publish prices often, many as full rate cards by season and day. Photographers publish too. Florists, caterers, bakers and DJs mostly do not.
Every figure here comes from a price an Oklahoma vendor published on their own website, with the sample size attached.
The short answer
An Oklahoma wedding's venue and photographer come to roughly $4,000 at the median published price in each category. Add flowers, catering, a DJ, the bar and the rest for 100 guests, which Oklahoma vendors mostly do not publish, and most Oklahoma weddings likely land between $15,000 and $30,000 all in.
What each vendor costs in Oklahoma
These are published rates taken from Oklahoma vendor websites. The typical range runs from the median vendor's starting price to the median vendor's top published price; the full range is the lowest and highest price any vendor published.
| Category | Typical published range | Full range | Vendors publishing |
|---|---|---|---|
| Venue | $2,500 to $5,000 | $1,500 to $100,000 | 77 of 278 |
| Photographer | $1,500 to $3,000 | $500 to $9,000 | 31 of 70 |
Venues are well measured at 77. Photographers cleared the bar at 31, with almost half of Oklahoma's listed photographers publishing a rate. The $100,000 at the top of the venue range is a single estate's top package; the typical range is the better guide.
Florists, caterers, cakes and DJs did not clear our bar. Only seven florists, five caterers, three bakers and three DJs published a usable price statewide, so we publish no figure for them.
For the national picture behind these categories, see our guides on what a wedding venue costs, what a wedding photographer costs, what a wedding florist costs and whether to hire a DJ or a band.
The regional split
Three Oklahoma regions had at least five venues publishing a price.
| Region | Median published venue package | Sample |
|---|---|---|
| Tulsa Metro | $2,500 | n=35 |
| Oklahoma City Metro | $2,500 | n=28 |
| Bartlesville & Green Country | $2,000 | n=5 |
Oklahoma City and Tulsa are level at the median. The difference is in the spread: both have halls and barns under $2,000 and estates and all-inclusive packages near $10,000 or more.
Photographers run $2,100 in Tulsa (n=11) and $1,800 in Oklahoma City (n=8).
Our venue guides cover each region: Oklahoma City, Tulsa, Broken Bow and southeast Oklahoma and Stillwater and Ponca City.
The venues that publish under $1,500
Our venue table starts at $1,500. Below it are 32 Oklahoma venues publishing starting prices under $1,500, with a median of $1,000: chapels, small halls, elopement packages and hourly rentals. The Arcadia Round Barn on Route 66, for one, rents its loft for $650 on a weekend day. They suit a small wedding, but they are a different product from a full reception venue, so we count them separately.
The top of the market
The highest Oklahoma prices we could verify are full estates and all-inclusive packages:
- Dream Point Ranch in Bixby charges $13,500 for both its venues on a peak Saturday.
- Enchanted Gardens in Oklahoma City starts its all-inclusive package at $11,000, with a DJ, a photographer and a coordinator.
- The Springs in Edmond runs to $9,000 for a peak date.
- The Pointe on Lake Eufaula starts its all-inclusive packages at $8,950.
- Vinterra in Bixby charges $8,200 for a Saturday.
Putting an Oklahoma budget together
Here is the median published price in the two categories we can measure.
| Line item | Median-price build |
|---|---|
| Venue | $2,500 |
| Photography | $1,500 |
| Subtotal | $4,000 |
Then add flowers, catering, cake, a DJ, the bar, attire, rings, stationery, hair and makeup and gratuities. For 100 guests, catering and the bar alone usually cost more than the venue. See our wedding budget breakdown for where the rest goes, and the budget spreadsheet template to work your own numbers.
Where Oklahoma couples save
Get married in winter or late summer. Dresser Mansion in Tulsa charges $2,900 for a Saturday from December to March and in July and August, against $4,100 in spring and fall. Vinterra takes 20% off in January and February and 15% in July and August, and Dream Point Ranch takes $1,000 off in January, February, August and December.
Book a weekday. Vinterra is $3,800 Monday to Thursday against $8,200 on a Saturday, Bright Morning Farm in Sand Springs $2,500 against $5,000, and the Silo in Tulsa $4,500 against $7,500.
Bring your own. Bright Morning Farm includes bartenders and lets you supply the alcohol, and the Springs lets you choose most vendors.
Go small. Pistols & Pearls near Talihina rents its barn chapel for an elopement at $1,250.
A note on timing
Spring and fall are peak season at most Oklahoma venues that publish seasonal rates, and spring is also severe weather season. We cover the tradeoffs in the best months to get married in Oklahoma.
How we built these numbers
We cataloged Oklahoma wedding vendors across 8 regions, crawled their websites, and used a language model to pull structured pricing out of the text they publish. Every figure comes from a price a vendor put on their own website, and the venue prices quoted in this guide were checked against the venues' sites when it was written. Nothing is estimated from national surveys.
The known bias is worth stating: vendors who publish prices are not a random sample. Publishing correlates with being mid-market and transparent, and the top of any market rarely publishes. Our medians likely sit below the true center of each category. Read them as a well-sourced floor.
