Historic Tulsa

1. Harwelden Mansion

An English Tudor mansion built in 1923 on a full city block overlooking the Arkansas River, with gardens, listed on the National Register and restored in 2019. Pricing on request.

A historic mansion on West 18th Street rented whole, with a tented back patio, a courtyard and a full kitchen. A Friday or Saturday is $4,100 from April to June and September to November, and $2,900 from December to March and in July and August; Monday to Wednesday is $2,200.

3. Tulsa Garden Center

The Snedden Mansion and grounds inside Woodward Park, a historic district in midtown. Rental details on request.

4. Willow Creek Mansion

A mansion on South Main Street in Broken Arrow with a ballroom, a bridal suite and a pool-room lounge, set up for 125 indoors. A March-to-November Saturday is $4,100 and a December-to-February Saturday $3,600, and a Friday-Saturday package with a coordinator is $6,800.

South: Bixby and Jenks

5. Vinterra

A venue on South Yale Avenue in Bixby with a grand hall, a clubhouse, gardens, a pond and a dock for ceremonies. A Saturday is $8,200, Friday $7,200, Sunday $6,200 and weekdays $3,800, with 20% off in January and February and 15% off in July and August.

6. Dream Point Ranch

A family estate in Bixby with two venues, Mountain Crest and Riverbend Chapel. For 2027 and 2028 a peak Saturday is $9,500 at Mountain Crest, $7,750 at the chapel and $13,500 for the full estate, with no taxes or service fees; January, February, August and December are $1,000 less.

West and north

7. The Silo Event Center

A gated seven-acre property eight minutes from downtown with an 8,000-square-foot ballroom, a hilltop ceremony site and a bridal cottage, for 200. A Saturday is $7,500 and Monday to Thursday $4,500, with DJ and MC services included.

8. Bright Morning Farm

A farm in Sand Springs for 180 indoors or 250 outdoors. Saturday is $5,000, Friday or Sunday $4,000 and Monday to Thursday $2,500, with security and bartenders included; you supply the alcohol. A Friday-Saturday package with a night in its barndominium, which sleeps 13, is $7,200.

9. Camp Loughridge

A camp in southwest Tulsa on 188 acres of wooded hills and lakes, with lakeside ceremonies and an indoor reception room. Pricing on request.

10. The Springs at Sunset Pointe

A lakeside venue on Skiatook Lake in Sperry, about 30 minutes north of downtown, with a covered portico, a wraparound porch and a private path to the water, for up to 320. Pricing runs $2,500 to $7,500 by month and day, for a 15-hour day.

The Historic Big 10 Ballroom on East Apache Street hosts weddings, and Tulsa Botanic Garden rents for weddings northwest of downtown.

How to shop Tulsa venues

Book winter or late summer. Dresser Mansion, Vinterra and Dream Point all cut prices in the slow months.

Look at weekdays. Vinterra's weekday rate is less than half its Saturday.
