15 Best Wedding Venues in Phoenix, Scottsdale and the East Valley (2026 Guide)
Two things set the Phoenix wedding market apart, and both change how you should shop.
First, Phoenix sells weddings, not rooms. A large share of the Valley's venues price an all-inclusive package: venue, catering, DJ, photographer, cake and coordination for one number. The Landmark in Mesa publishes $17,600 to $20,600 for 100 guests with tax and gratuity already in. That makes Phoenix prices look high next to a bare rental elsewhere, and often they are not.
Second, the calendar runs backwards. Peak season is October through April. Summer, when afternoons pass 105 degrees, is the off-season, and venues discount it hard: Superstition Manor's summer weddings average about half its fall price, and Schnepf Farms drops $1,500 on every day of the week.
The metro's median published venue starting price is $4,500 (n=27). We cataloged 133 wedding venues across Phoenix, Scottsdale, Mesa, Gilbert, Queen Creek and the West Valley. Below are the 15 we would point a couple to first, each checked against the venue's own site.
Every venue below is in our Phoenix wedding venue directory, where you can filter the full list and see published pricing side by side.

The all-inclusive estates
1. The Landmark
A venue on Main Street in downtown Mesa, run by Aldea Weddings, with courtyards and indoor reception rooms for up to 200. Every price includes tax, service fees and gratuity:
- Aldea package, the all-inclusive: $17,600 Monday to Thursday, $18,600 Friday or Sunday, $20,600 Saturday, for 100 guests ($55 each above that). Catering, bar staff with beer, wine and champagne, DJ, photographer, florals, cake, officiant and design are all in.
- Venue package: $10,000 Monday to Thursday, $13,000 Friday to Sunday, for 100, with coordination and security. You bring the vendors.
- Elopement: $8,500, Mondays and Tuesdays, for up to 50, with a DJ, photographer, buffet and officiant
You can bring your own alcohol with no corkage fee, and June to August Saturdays are $800 less. Open house every Wednesday evening.
2. Superstition Manor
An all-inclusive estate in east Mesa, for 50 to 275 guests, with two villas, a hall called The Foundry, a ceremony yard and a covered patio. Packages include a planner and coordinator, two getting-ready suites, catering with a three-course meal, staff, china, house decor and cleanup. For 100 guests its page lists:
- In season (October to December, March, April): about $21,000 on average, with a $19,500 minimum and credits for catering, cake, florals and DJ
- Off season (September, January, February, May): about $18,000, with 10% off non-Saturdays
- Summer (June to August): about $10,000, with fully indoor options
Confirm which figure applies to your date, but the summer saving is plain.
3. Venue at the Grove
A ceremony site under a grove of pecan trees with a draped arbor and a chandelier, a cocktail lawn with games, and a brick reception patio with farm tables for 225. Packages are all-inclusive and built around its in-house caterer, with bar service and mixers, a DJ for six hours, a photographer with an engagement session, the cake and the florals from its preferred partners, plus day-of coordination. You can bring your own alcohol. Pricing on request; open house Wednesday evenings.
4. Villa Tuscana
A Tuscan-style reception hall in Phoenix with indoor and outdoor ceremonies, for up to 300. Two published packages:
- Basic, $4,000 to $5,000 by date, at any guest count up to 300: the decorated ballroom for seven hours, suites, a design consultation, two waitstaff and security
- Deluxe, $11,000 to $15,000 for 100 guests ($35 each above that): adds catering, a DJ and a photographer for seven hours, a cake up to four tiers and day-of coordination
Both include a bartender for six hours, and you supply the alcohol with no corkage fee.
5. Gather Estate
A Mesa estate for up to 225 with bride and groom suites, a dance floor, bistro lights, a custom wood arch and in-house decor. Elopements for 50 or fewer are $7,500, all-inclusive packages start at $12,500, and custom packages are quoted. An on-site coordinator runs the day. The bartender and DJ must come from its approved list, and a $2,000 retainer holds the date.
Rentals with a rate card
6. Shenandoah Mill
A rustic mill-style venue in Gilbert with a covered patio, a dance floor and misters or heaters for the weather. Base rental:
- Monday to Thursday: $4,000 for six hours, $4,500 for nine
- Friday $5,500, Saturday $6,500, for nine hours
- Summer (late June to early September): the weekday rates every day
Chairs, tables, linens in three colors, centerpieces and a dessert backdrop are included. You choose your own vendors except the bartender, which is the venue's. Its best trick: a date booked 60 days out or less gets the weekday rate, even on a Saturday.
7. Schnepf Farms
The family farm in Queen Creek, with three venues: The Farmhouse (a peach orchard ceremony and an indoor ballroom, 200), The Meadow (all outdoors, 200) and The Big Red Barn (250). The Farmhouse is published:

- June to August: $4,000 to $5,500
- Plus tax and a $650 service fee
A day-of coordinator, furniture for 150 and setup are included. Catering and bar are in-house only, the cake comes from Honeybee Cake Co. and the DJ from its list. Six hours of festivities, curfew at midnight.
8. Together at the Landing
A Mesa venue with a main dining room for 175, a bar and lounge for 60, and turf and patios for 300-plus. $7,000 Monday to Thursday, $10,000 Friday to Sunday, for 12 hours, with tables, 300 chairs, house decor, a PA system and more than 120 parking spots. Events end at 11pm ($1,000 an extra hour), and alcohol service carries a $500 fee on top of the bartending.
9. The Icehouse
A century-old industrial building in downtown Phoenix's warehouse district, built around an open-air "cathedral" room, with three spaces and an outdoor lot, for up to 200. Its published packages, for 11 hours:
- Venue only: $5,200 Sunday to Thursday, $7,200 Friday and Saturday
- Venue and bar: $7,700 / $9,700
- "Almost everything": $19,700 / $21,700
It is BYOB, has no sound curfew, and books October to May only.
The Phoenix originals
10. Desert Botanical Garden
The Sonoran Desert garden in Papago Park, the most distinctive setting in the city, with the Webster Center among its venues. The rental covers your time, guest admission, a dressing room, a rehearsal and on-site coordination. Know the rules before you budget: food comes from an approved caterer, tables and chairs are rented separately, and the Garden holds the liquor license, billing alcohol by consumption. Pricing is in its information packet. For tiny weddings, up to 10 people can hold a ceremony at one of four trailside spots during regular hours.
11. The Farm at South Mountain
Ten acres of pecan grove at the foot of South Mountain, with two settings: The Canopy in the Grove for up to 250, and the Stone Grove, with handcrafted granite walls and a wood-fired oven, for 150. Catering comes exclusively from its sister company, from farmyard barbecue to plated dinners or pizza from the oven, the bar runs through The Farm, and the cake is the only outside food allowed. Pricing in its info packet.
12. monOrchid
A gallery and event space on Roosevelt Row, the downtown arts district, for 125 seated or 200 at cocktails, with mobile white walls and projection for a modern look. Coordination, servers and bartenders, setup and furniture for 125 are included, with in-house bar and food packages. Pricing on request.
13. The Scott Resort & Spa
A resort in the center of Scottsdale with the Heritage Ballroom for 350, the Orangedale Ballroom for 250 and the Laguna Lawn by the water, and 204 rooms for guests. Ceremony packages are published:
- Elopement from $3,000, 25 or fewer, booked within 90 days
- Sunday ceremony from $3,500
- Ceremony with a two-night stay from $4,500, or with a suite, a couples massage and breakfast from $5,500
Catering is quoted separately, and a day-of coordinator is required.
14. Saguaro Lake Guest Ranch
A guest ranch on Saguaro Lake below the Bulldog Cliffs, northeast of Mesa, with 20 cabins sleeping 60. Two ways to book: a destination weekend with the whole ranch for two nights, bed and breakfast, on Fridays and Saturdays in April, May and September to December; or a single-day wedding for up to 200, Sunday to Thursday, with chairs, tables and a restroom trailer. Pricing is in its wedding guide.
15. Ivy Row Event Studio
A small studio built for micro weddings, with a balcony facing the mountains and a floral photo wall. The Rose package is $2,750 for up to 50, with eight hours, a day-of coordinator, tables, linens and optional BYOB. The Ivy package, $5,350 to $5,950 for 30 to 50 guests, adds an Italian or Mexican dinner and a photographer for five hours. Add tax and a 15% service fee.
Others worth a look
Wrigley Mansion is the 1930s mansion on a hill above the Biltmore with city and mountain views. El Chorro is the landmark lodge in Paradise Valley at the base of Camelback and Mummy mountains, with lawns, a pavilion and an herb garden. Old Main is Arizona State's historic building in Tempe. The Paseo is a family-run outdoor venue at the foot of the Superstition Mountains, open since 2014. And Bella Rose Estate is a garden-style estate in Chandler.
How to shop Phoenix venues
Compare all-inclusive to all-inclusive. A $17,600 Landmark package and a $4,000 Shenandoah rental are not the same purchase. Add catering, a DJ, a photographer, a cake and a coordinator to the rental before you compare, and check whether tax and gratuity are already in.
Think about summer. June to August are the cheapest months in the Valley, and most venues have indoor or covered options built for it. An evening wedding in late May or September splits the difference.
Read the bar rule. It swings the total more than almost anything else. The Landmark, Villa Tuscana, the Icehouse, Venue at the Grove and Ivy Row let you bring your own alcohol. Schnepf Farms, the Desert Botanical Garden and The Farm at South Mountain run the bar themselves.
Plan for the sun even in season. An October afternoon can still reach the 90s. Shade the ceremony, set it for the last hour before sunset, and put water out for guests. Our venue tour questions cover the rest.
Our venue checklist covers the rest of the shopping list, and what a wedding venue costs explains how venue pricing is structured.
